We devote time and effort to innovation in order to help pharmacies reduce time spent on daily paperwork and dedicate more time to patients, which is why we devised our invoice stickers. This handy endorsement tool allows busy pharmacists to reduce admin time and vastly reduce the probability of endorsement error, ensuring that pharmacies get paid the correct amount for their specials.
We only use an approved delivery service provider who supply a recorded delivery service and enable us to automatically confirm every order with our customers in their preferred way, either by email, phone or fax. Finished products are dispatched using validated packaging and distributed by the approved couriers in compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
We provide monthly Statement Reports, which clearly outline each order. This helps save you time and ensure you claim for all out of pocket expenses.
Our customer services are available between 9.00am – 7.00pm, with a cut off time of 5pm for next day delivery.
Learning and development
We were the pioneer of developing invoice stickers and the first specials supplier to introduce this endorsement tool to pharmacies in the UK. We pride ourselves on our continuous support with endorsement processes and aim to further develop ways in which we can advise our customers on specials related requirements.
